The Description:
Assume the role of a flight-path runway coordinator in this iPhone game. Designate runways for incoming planes to land, decide what gate to let the passengers off, and refuel jets that need gas. Most of all, make sure to avoid collisions between planes on the runway.
The Good:
The concept is a fun one if you enjoy games that require you to be organized and quick-thinking. One of the more clever elements of the game is the way that you can designate a specific path for the airplanes to navigate around the runways. Gliding your finger across the screen draws a line for the plane to follow.
The Bad:
The graphics are crude to the point of being careless and sloppy, and the game play is extremely simple and repetitive.
The Bottom Line:
Some people who enjoy monotonous games involving obsessive organization may find Runway fun, but many will find it boring and overly simple.
